This Simpsons episode database was written using PHP and MySQL. The code for the entire site (including images) is ~15k. The data is kept in a MySQL database and entered manually through the administration front end phpMyAdmin. I wrote the code originally to be used for medical abstracts with links to journal pages as a "proof of concept" that never got off the ground. I really should finish entering the data, but it's very time consuming. Most of the information is obtained from the internet and episode books. I'm a Simpsons fanatic.

1:	Two Cars in Every Garage and Three Eyes on Every Fish Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F01 Summary: Bart and Lisa catch a three-eyed fish in a polluted stream near The Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, bringing scads of negative publicity to Mr. Burns. In order to fight the bad press, Burns decides to run for Governor, enlisting a team of spin doctors. But all the spin doctors in the world can't fix Mr. Burns' major blunder when, on live TV, Marge serves him a three-eyed fish for dinner and he finally coughs up his true feelings about pollution.
2:	Simpson and Delilah Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F02 Summary: When Homer gets an experimental hair treatment, he grows a shaggy new mane. Marge finds the new Homer sexy and Mr. Burns mistakes his most incompetent employee for a hungry up-and-comer and promotes him. As part of his promotion, Homer gets an overly attentive assistant named Karl who ensures that his every step is correct and his every move successful. When Homer's hair begins to fall out again, his success goes down the drain as well.
3:	Bart Gets an F Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F03 Summary: After failing a history test, Bart strikes a deal with Martin Prince to make him cool in exchange for tutoring. Bart successfully transforms Martin into a regular kid, but Martin reneges on his side of the bargain and Bart is once again in danger of failing. After an all-night study session, Bart still fails but he manages to impress Mrs. Krabappel with his grasp of history and she gives him a D-minus, a grade Homer is proud to hang on the fridge.
4:	Treehouse of Horror Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F04 Summary: In this first installment of the yearly Halloween special, the Simpsons move to a haunted house, beam into outer space and take on a chilling literary classic. In the first segment, the family checks into a mansion that tries to make them kill one another. In the second segment, Kang and Kodos bring the Simpsons aboard a spaceship, and then proceed to entertain and feed them in preparation for what might prove to be their last supper. In the final segment, Lisa reads Bart Edgar Allan Poe's frightening poem, "The Raven."
5:	Dancin' Homer Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F05 Summary: After helping the Springfield Isotopes win a game, Dancin'Homer becomes the team mascot, and the family gets invited to Capital City.
6:	Bart the Daredevil Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F06 Summary: Bart embarks on a life of death-defying feats when he sees a daredevil perform at a Monster Truck Rally.
7:	Bart vs. Thanksgiving Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F07 Summary: Bart runs away from home when he accidentally burns Lisa's masterpiece and refuses to apologize about it.
8:	Dead Putting Society Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F08 Summary: Bart and Todd Flanders enter a miniature golf tournament at Sir Putt-A-Lots. However, Homer and Ned Flanders bet thatthe father of the boy who does not win mows the neighbor's lawn in their wife's Sunday dress.
9:	Itchy & Scratchy & Marge Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F09 Summary: After watching an Itchy and Scratchy cartoon, Maggie bonks Homer in the head with a hammer. When this happens, Marge vows to eliminate violence in cartoons.
10:	Bart Gets Hit by a Car Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F10 Summary: When Mr. Burns hits Bart in a auto accident, and is willingto pay only one-hundred dollars, Homer sues Mr. Burns for a million.
11:	One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F11 Summary: Homer believes that he has 24 hours to live after thinking he ate the deadly blowfish at a local sushi restaurant.
12:	The Way We Was Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F12 Summary: When the TV goes out, Homer and Marge tell how they first met in1974 Springfield.
13:	Homer Vs. Lisa and the 8th Commandment Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F13 Summary: In 2300 B.C., Moses received the ten commandments from God, among which was Thou Shalt Not Steal. In present day Springfield, Homer gets an illegal cable hook-up, which Lisa refuses to watch, for fear of losing her soul.
14:	Bart's Dog Gets an F Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F14 Summary: After chewing up Homer's new $125 sneakers and the Bouvier family quilt, Santa's Little Helper is enrolled in an obedience school.
15:	Principal Charming Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F15 Summary: Homer sets up a date between Principal Skinner and Marge's sister, Selma. However, it ends up being Skinner and Patty.
16:	Oh Brother, Where Art Thou? Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F16 Summary: Fearing death, Grandpa Simpson tells Homer that he has a half-brother. This half-brother, Herbert Powell, is a carmaker in Detroit, and wants Homer to design a car for the average man to save his car company.
17:	Old Money Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F17 Summary: When Abraham 'Grandpa' Simpson inherits one hundred six thousand dollarsfrom his deceased sweetie, he decides to give it to people who need it most.
18:	Brush with Greatness Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F18 Summary: While Homer tackles his weight problem, Marge takes up painting, a skill which she gave up due to an obnoxious art teacher in high school, and ends up being commissioned to do a portrait of Mr. Burns.
19:	Lisa's Substitute Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F19 Summary: Lisa's regular teacher falls sick, and gets replaced with a substitute teacher who changes the face of learning for Lisa. Meanwhile, Bart runs against Martin, the class brain, for president of his class.
20:	The War of the Simpsons Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F20 Summary: After being embarrassed by Homer during a house party, Marge signs up for Reverend Lovejoy's marriage retreat at Catfish Lake. However, Homer has fishing on his mind, and the only sitter they could get at the last minute is Grandpa Simpson.
21:	Three Men and a Comic Book Season: 2 :: Episode # 7F21 Summary: In order to earn enough money to purchase the very first RadioactiveMan comic book (valued at $100), Bart takes a part time job with a neighbor. However, after discovering that working is for chumps, Bart enters into a partnership with Martin and Milhouse.
