This Simpsons episode database was written using PHP and MySQL. The code for the entire site (including images) is ~15k. The data is kept in a MySQL database and entered manually through the administration front end phpMyAdmin. I wrote the code originally to be used for medical abstracts with links to journal pages as a "proof of concept" that never got off the ground. I really should finish entering the data, but it's very time consuming. Most of the information is obtained from the internet and episode books. I'm a Simpsons fanatic.

2:	Bart the Genius Season: 1 :: Episode # 7G02 Summary: Bart is moved to a school for gifted children after he switches aptitude tests with brainy Martin Prince, who is assigned to vocational studies in dishwashing.
3:	Homers Odyssey Season: 1 :: Episode # 7G03 Summary: After being fired from the nuclear power plant for negligence, Homer becomes a safety activist, facing a crisis of conscience when his former boss tries to silence him with a new position and a raise.
4:	Theres no disgrace like home Season: 1 :: Episode # 7G04 Summary: Familial bliss is the order of the day at Homers company picnic, where seeing families actually being nice to each other inspires Homer to order the Simpsons to a family therapist, as advertised on TV.
5:	Bart The General Season: 1 :: Episode # 7G05 Summary: Terrorized by school bully Nelson Muntz, Bart seeks counsel from "the toughest Simpson alive," but Grampa Simpson defers to warfare expert Herman, who emphasizes troop strength, training discipline and strategy.
6:	Moaning Lisa Season: 1 :: Episode # 7G06 Summary: The meaning of life and her existence in the second grade have Lisa playing the blues solo---until she meets Bleeding Gums Murphy. Meanwhile winless Homer seeks tutelage from others to beat Bart at video boxing.
7:	The Telltale Head Season: 1 :: Episode # 7G07 Summary: Bart tries to impress Jimbo Jones and his friends by stealing the head of the Jebediah Springfield statue in the town square. The townspeople are devastated by his act of vandalism and only Homer can help him return the head to its shoulders and fend off the angry mob.
8:	Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire Season: 1 :: Episode # 7G08 Summary: The Simpsons prepare for the holidays, but its rough sledding for household-head Homer, whos forced to resort to desperate measures when his Christmas bonus is canceled and Marges family money goes to erase the tattoo son Bart thought would be a perfect gift.
9:	The Call of the Simpsons Season: 1 :: Episode # 7G09 Summary: The Simpsons put the camp back in camping when their RV goes over a cliff, leaving Marge and Lisa to keep the shelter fire burning while Maggie makes her time bearable, and Homer and Bart go for help.
10:	Homers Night Out Season: 1 :: Episode # 7G10 Summary: Bart receives his mail-order CIA spy camera just in time to capture Homer dancing, naked to his waist and stuffing bills into a dancers cleavage at a bachelor party.
11:	Life on the Fast Lane Season: 1 :: Episode # 7G11 Summary: For Marges birthday, Homer buys her a bowling ball (drilled to fit his fingers). While taking up bowling, so that Homer cant use her gift, she has an encouter with Jacque, a bowling instructor who shows her attention she never recieves from Homer.
12:	Krusty Gets Busted Season: 1 :: Episode # 7G12 Summary: Homer stops by the Kwick-E-Mart and witnesses a robbery committed by Krusty the Clown. Bart insists they Krusty is innocent and finds the proof that points to Sideshow Bob
13:	The Crepes of Wrath Season: 1 :: Episode # 7G13 Summary: Exasperated with Barts demonic behavior, Principal Skinner persuades Homer and Marge to place him in a student exchange program. The Simpsons get an albainian student that sends secret nuclear plans back home. Bart goes to France and is used as a slave in a vineyard owned by two men that uses anti-freeze in their wine.
